PLEASE NOTE THAT : The property is equipped with a centralized building-wide climate control system. By law and according to building regulations, the "switch" (the system's transition between heating and cooling modes) and the seasonal activation dates are not controlled by us hosts, but are managed centrally by the building administrator. Typically, the system is set to cooling mode (air conditioning) in May and to heating mode in October or November. During transitional periods (spring and autumn), the availability of air conditioning or heating is therefore subject to the building's schedule and local regulations. PLEASE NOTE THAT : regarding the summer cooling: The apartment utilizes an advanced radiant floor cooling system paired with air dehumidifiers. Unlike traditional air conditioning systems, this technology cools the environment gently, silently, and evenly through the floor itself, rather than by blowing a strong, direct draft of cold air. The integrated air vents are designed solely to remove moisture and optimize comfort, not to create a heavy airflow. This ensures a fresh and healthy climate without any unpleasant, direct cold drafts. PLEASE NOTE THAT : the guest acknowledges and accepts that the inability to activate air conditioning or heating outside of the dates and modes established by the building administration does not constitute a service failure and does not entitle the guest to any refunds.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
